Chair Yoga Dance

Chair Yoga Dance blends yoga postures with music and is intended for all ages and abilities.  It helps to: 

~Improve memory

~Increase joint mobility

~Improve strength, coordination and balance

~Improve mood

 Many dances are done seated but standing dances are also included as an option. A variety of music genres are used; the focus is positivity.

Pre-recorded 30 min. CYD class: Receive the recording by email and do the class when your schedule permits.
