We realize that sometimes last minute illness or emergencies arise, but please make a reasonable attempt to avoid missed appointments. That time has been set aside for you, the schedule has been built around it, the room set up for your needs and sometimes special equipment or products have been arranged for you.  I value you and your service; please value my time and service.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee, unless the space can be filled.  That fee must be paid before a subsequent appointment will be booked.  Chronic last-minute cancellations will result in deletion from the current client list.

Please Note:  Gift certificates are available for products, services, or classes.  They do not expire.  If, for some reason, the service is no longer available or wanted, a service/product/class of equal or lesser value may be substituted.  We want you to feel joy in redeeming your gift certificate--the pleasure the giver intended for you when purchasing it.
