Yoga with Julie--Chair Yoga Dance, In Person

May 30, June 6, June 26 & July 3 

This is a 60 minute in person class using a chair as a support and prop.  Yoga moves are choreographed to music.  This class is intended for all ages and abilities.   Various genres of music are used.

As always, participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and choose appropriate variations for their current state.

Chair Yoga Dance improves memory, increases joint mobility, improves coordination and balance and is super fun!
