Pause, recharge and reflect. In our modern world, we tend to ignore the wisdom of nature and push ourselves to the limit all day, every day. That mindset can leave us feeling drained, tired, anxious and even painful.
Nature teaches us that there is a time to push, but there is also a time for rest. In balancing the two we can thrive and grow without risking our health and peace of mind. Winter is the natural time to rest and recharge. It's a gift from Mother Nature and it calls us to replenish our bodies, minds and hearts before the flurry of Spring begins.
